Rite Foods Limited, in partnership with the Atti Theresa Foundation (ATF), has organised a free medical outreach for residents of Ososa in Ogun State, benefiting over 400 people as part of efforts to improve access to healthcare in underserved communities.
The outreach, held on March 28, 2026, provided a range of medical services including general consultations, eye care with prescription glasses, dental care, physiotherapy, and the distribution of free medication.
Beneficiaries also received health education on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
The initiative aligns with Rite Foods’ EYEC sustainability agenda, which focuses on education, youth empowerment, environmental stewardship, and community development.
Speaking on the programme, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Manager of Rite Foods Limited, Dennis Aideloje, said the outreach reflects the company’s commitment to delivering meaningful social impact in local communities.
He noted that the organisation remains focused on creating real impact through its sustainability initiatives and expressed satisfaction with the turnout and outcomes of the exercise.
A total of 401 beneficiaries were reached, including children, men, and women, with health professionals detecting cases of hypertension, infections, and vision-related conditions for early intervention.
Founder of ATF, Aprezi Eniye Kelvin, commended the partnership, saying collaborations between organisations are key to delivering sustainable community development.
One of the beneficiaries, Adeola Ogunleye, expressed gratitude for the outreach, noting that the free medical services provided relief for residents who might otherwise struggle to access healthcare.
Rite Foods said the initiative strengthened its relationship with the Ososa community and reinforced its long-term commitment to social responsibility and public health support.
