The Nigerian Education Loan Fund has clarified that the monthly upkeep allowance for student beneficiaries remains N20,000.
The Fund urged students to disregard reports suggesting an increase, advising them to rely only on its official communication channels for accurate information.
In a statement, Director of Strategic Communications, Oseyemi Oluwatuyi, reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to transparency, stating that the approved allowance has not changed.
She warned against the spread of unverified information and assured that the Fund remains focused on delivering efficient, student-centered support while keeping beneficiaries properly informed.
