Polaris Bank says it will join organisations globally to mark the 2026 Customer Service Week from October 5 to 9, with the theme, “The Extra Mile.”
The bank says the theme reflects its continued commitment to putting customers at the centre of its operations and improving their banking experience.
It says the annual celebration also provides an opportunity to recognise employees who demonstrate exceptional service, while reinforcing the importance of customer-focused banking across the organisation.
Speaking ahead of the celebration, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Bank, Kayode Lawal, said customer feedback and trust remain important to the bank’s growth.
Lawal said the bank would continue to improve its services by listening to customers, responding promptly to their needs and delivering value beyond expectations.
Polaris Bank says this year’s activities will include customer engagement and recognition of service champions across its branches, digital channels and other customer touchpoints.
The bank adds that the celebration will also be used to encourage customer feedback and strengthen efforts to improve service delivery across its physical and digital platforms, including VULTe.
Polaris Bank says “The Extra Mile” is not just a theme for Customer Service Week but reflects its commitment to making every customer interaction count.
